Kelechi will represent clients and litigate with the following agencies and courts: the Circuit Court of Cook County or other state courts in the other counties throughout Illinois, State agencies such as the Illinois Human Rights Commission (HRC), the Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR); Federal agencies and courts such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL or DOL) and the Northern District of Illinois Federal Court.

In 2022, Kelechi started her law program at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Kelechi was a member of the Loyola Mock Trial Team for two years, placing first at her regional competition and third in the nation. Kelechi has competed in four mock trial competitions during her law school career. Kelechi is now acting as a coach for mock trial teams at the University of Illinois in Chicago. Kelechi's educational endeavors afforded her many opportunities to accrue specialized knowledge. She was a Kappa Kappa Psi Vice President, A legislative Director for the Student Nurses Organization, membership with the Black Law Students Association, Health Law Society and OutLaw, a LGBT+ Organization. Kelechi's recognized accomplishments include being on the Dean's List, receiving an Award for HESI Exam scores, and receiving the Student Leadership and Service Award.
