Lawsuit Conciliation

At the conclusion of the investigation and before a lawsuit is filed, the administrative agency makes a last attempt to resolve the case short of a lawsuit. If conciliation efforts fail, the parties then proceed with a lawsuit in court at an administrative agency in front of an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ).
